SHIPPING POLICY
Duty and Taxes:
All international shipments will be sent with duty and taxes unpaid.
For many countries, you will be responsible to pay a duty and possibly a tax as part of receiving your shipment.
To ensure your shipment is delivered without issue, please contact your local post office once you have the tracking number to find out the specific requirements of your country.
Please note that Referee's GRiP is not responsible for any additional time incurred while your parcel is held at Customs.
Handling time:
We ship within 2-5 business days after receiving your cleared payment.
Shipment tracking:
Tracking information will be provided once the package has been shipped.
Please note that it may take some days before your tracking information is available.
We ship with AusPost.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Referee's GRiP has a strict no-refund policy.
We do not accept returns or refunds unless the product is damaged during delivery or lost in transit.
If you do receive a damaged item (due to transit) you will need to contact us immediately and provide proof of damage etc.
If the information provided is deemed satisfactory by Referee's GRiP we will give you the option to either have the same item sent again, receive another item of the same value or a store credit in exchange.
